Building a home:

Buying a home can be a big decision in and of itself, but sometimes buying an existing home is not for everyone.  For that reason we work with several local builders in the area so that you, the buyer, have options and can choose the builder that is best for you!

All the builders we work with are custom home builders, so you can choose to build one of their spec homes, or have them custom build the Pocono getaway of your dreams.  The sky's the limit.  

There are two ways to build, the first is to find the lot you want to build on, then interview builders to find the right one for you.  Or you can choose to meet a builder and see what lots they have available.
